Jamrok Caribbean Buffet was born out of the heart and passion of its owner, Andral Dawkins, a proud son of Jamaica. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant flavors, spices, and traditions of his homeland, Andral discovered his love for cooking at an early age. For him, food was never just about a meal—it was about family, love, and connection.
A Taste of Home
After joining the US Army, Andral found a family away from home and wanted to share Jamaica’s flavors with others. He created Jamrok Caribbean Buffet to bring the warmth of home and authentic Caribbean food to everyone. While serving as a Chinook Crew Chef with the 160th Special Operations Regiment at Fort Campbell, he discovered the perfect community to share meals and build connections.
