First time at a Carribean Restaurant and it was delicious! You arrive, pay for the buffet and wash your hands. You can choose from multiple salads, vegetable and meat dishes. I liked the tender Chicken in Brown Stew, the Fried Plantains, the chickpea dish and the desserts like banana pudding very much. It was spicy enough for me to not need the hot sauce available.
